Ive been using victor and all he really has is lots of moves that counter hit, but standalone they arent that good tbh, he a few lows and all his moves look straight foward (as in they arent missleading) i just feel like since he is new people struggle with him a tad bit more. But at the end anyone is good if u can make them good. I was an eddy main in tekken 7 and victor in 8 and am almost at orange ranks, i just learned four combos with him so hopefully i can get better and have a deeper understanding of him to see like if maybe he was actually busted
