Ah yes, a meme character in high levels vs a nerfed character that earned their rank fair and square, how surprising.

This fucking Reina is super strong, If given Zafina has her movements in T7, this would be a different story. Zafina's b1+2 can crush intirely your mid and highs you are lucky she was nerfed to death. Harada is fucking so bias about characters. 👌

I see. But as a casual viewer it makes me think that if Zafina was that busted in tekken 7 then why only one player Arslan kept playing her and winning with her 🤔. I don’t recall any other top player who used and won something with her. Shadow was using her in tekken 7 along with Claudio but didn’t win anything big. One would think a busted character would have many users, and wins across tournaments.

@@Fereshtey let me tell you one thing. You can't force a person to play Zafina if they don't FEEL like using a character. Only a few people play Zafina because they don't like her fighting style, even though how strong she was back in T7 but remember it still depends on the player who he chooses to play with and as for Reina we know many people used her because of her Mishima Connection and has the same style as electrics Zafina is the complete opposite here, her fighting style, people call it weird, but for us Zafina mains, weird fighting style is good, and that is why I personally love her as as a character because she is so unique in the game. So again, it's a person's choice who he uses, you can't force someone to playing her if first of all they don't like the character, just like me, I won't fucking main Reina, but will try to use Victor and Azucena because I like their fighting style. 👌

@@zafo103 when it comes to professional players they will use any busted character to win big bucks regardless of if that character is cool for them or not. Not all of course. But most. I’ll give you a real life real event example. Leroy was released prior to Evo Japan 2020 about a month ago, the character was absolutely cracked. Every pro player was using Leroy in that event. We had about 6 or 7 Leroy’s in the top 8 bracket of that event. And winner of that event was book who’s actually a Jin main. But he won that tournament playing busted character Leroy. And now that you are claiming here that zafina was absolutely cracked in tekken 7, naturally you’d expect more pros to pick her up so that they can win big bucks, but it didn’t actually happen. I am a zafina main who played her in tekken 7 and I’m still playing her in tekken 8, no I won’t go to victor or anyone else like you. I’ll tell you that she wasn’t really busted in tekken 7 as you have put it. She was quite strong and was in top 10 but she wasn’t cracked. That’s the reason that not every pro player was picking her as easy to win with card. In tekken 8 she was nerfed quite a lot and is not as strong, but I hope she will at least be put on same level as other characters in coming patches.

@@Fereshtey lol, i did not even say Zafina is busted in Tekken 7, I said her movement is much more stronger compared to T8. I main Zafina myself for 15 years and even how many times they will nerf her movement still I keep rocking with her regardless how few people used her, but as of for me Zafina has always been fun to use. Bring back her movement and other tools that they removed from her and I can guarantee you she will be the same as other characters. So again man, don't question Zafina's usage, why only a few people used her,. It's their fucking decision not for us to decide. Zafina's usage stats has always been that low tier since Tekken 6 because they don't find her interesting, but for me, she is totally the most unique character and I love her weird fighting style. This is the most unique character Namco has ever made, but they fucking destroy her in T8, but this doesn't mean that I will stop playing her, I keep rocking with her even if I was the only one using her. 👌

Well it IS Anakin, pretty sure he's the number 1 ranked Reina in the world right now. Doesn't help that Zafina was given such rough treatment in T8 sadly, it's just painful. They clearly gave her T7 nerfs but didn't do enough to bring her up to T8 average speed.

Zafina is fking garbage now, give her old movesets back.
