Miguel's ending seems so sad, his life was ruined by bombings. He was a victim of the war, driven by the loss of his sister as well as others. His ending shows that now he wants Jin to feel hope and joy, but take it all away, just like Jin did to him. That's deep.

I much prefer the King/Jack-7 ending because he brings techniques from Marduk and Armor King. It would be cool if King was a little more wild in Tekken 8, studying their fights and incorporating them into his own style more. Plus we’d be getting a Jack-8. We all know Jack-7 would have survived that fall in Lucky Chloe’s ending.

Harada has been putting too much work on online. They should at least do the endings and the interludes better

Uto Resa 519 I love that concept, but I think it would be a little easier to accept if Kazuya’s hair wasn’t a slick ducktail. Jin’s is probably the most convincing because it’s noticeably frayed out and uneven, same with Old Heihachi.

I liked the main story mode but the so called "Character Episodes" are all just one fight each, a short text beforehand and a shitty cutscene afterwards. That's just lazy. But hey, we got a lot of cinematics.

Reminds me of Soul Calibur 5. It has a beautiful story with good amount of cutscenes. But most characters there were irrelevant. In fact, theres no cutscenes for them like the episodes here. Theres only bio that explains about their situation, thats it. At least this game tried to keep them relevant, although not the best comparing to the Mishima family storyline.

I love Tekken, silliness and all, and while the gameplay looks fun, the story is...eeeh. The retcons to the Mishima background and the lack of proper storylines for the rest of the cast is a step down from the previous entires. Though it does say something about the games' writing when a non-canon game (TTT2) did more to develop and explore its characters and their personalities than a majority of the canon games

Every character who isn't playable in in the Mishima Story doesn't get an ending. All the characters who get endings are those not involved in the Mishima Story (so we can see what they are doing) and those who are involved in the story, but not playable, get their own little story once they left the Mishima Saga for personal reasons. Since Heihachi, Kazuya, Lee, Lars, Alisa and Gouki are playable in the story, you what they are doing. And regarding Kazumi, you can't play her in the story, but she's a boss in a flashback scene. She doesn't get her own little story, since she's been dead long before Tekken 1 began and all the character stories happen at the time of latest The King of Iron Fist Tournament, which is just very secondary to the Mishima Saga. Jin doesn't get one because he's a plot point character everyone wants to catch and he appears in the epilogue where he finally awakes.

So Heihachi gets a taste of his own medicine and Kazuya is still evil which is 0 progress character-wise. Our 1 dimensional angsty "protagonist" is back *rolles eyes*. Steve gets to talk to Nina with the latter running away afterwards, deja vu, but still a good ending which paul and law would be proud of if they had one. Eddy is still on about his father? He needs to let it all go, cause clearly that's what the writers think. Everything else is comedy. The gameplay is great, but wow, i'd gladly donate if it'll go into hiring better writers.

IvanDYN Not all...well yeah but not all. Xiaoyu will be used as a trap by Claudio to capture Jin. Miguel avenged her sister but couldn't kill Jin cause he didn't remembered that he was like that. Hwoarang ending tells about his blindness. Steve...yeah we already know. LC is still a mystery. Eddy was supposed to avenge his Master and find Kazuya but LC interruption makes sense:Eddy would interrupt Kazuya plan and he would be defeated against Kazuya or being like Shaheen ending. Katarina ending hints us that Gigas is Katarina's step-father. Leo ending hint us that her/his gender is till anonymous. Panda ending tells that Xiaoyu is in danger (or something like that). The others are comical

This is the best way I can describe him. He was actually an unscrupulous ambitious businessman/warrior, but not an evil man. He loved his wife as well as saying when kazuya was born he was happy. But, kazuya is literally corrupted, insane, and flat out evil. Hiehachi not telling his son the truth of what happened to his mother causes kazuya to despise him, but was ultimately because he still loved and wanted to honor her, and not tarnish her memory in the eyes of her son. That doesn't excuse the selfish lust for power, but most powerful men lust for greater power.

I know this is pretty much out of context what I'm about to say but Paul and Law did the Secret Joestar Technique, why I said that is because Paul has the same Hairstyle as Polnareff from JJBA Stardust Crusaders and the same Japanese voice actor of Heihachi and Old Man Joseph Joestar are in Tekken which kinda makes Tekken 7 have JJBA a hidden reference with the same Japanese Voice Actor of those two and cuz they're family tree is bizarre too having the Joestar Birthmark and the Devil Gene Bloodline
