It's funny cuz Jin was the one whose efforts were vain. Azazel's death didn't do shit so it was up to Zafina to absorb his power to her arm.

I was IN LOVE with The Tekken Scenario Campaign Mode. I understood it cause it had awesome depth to it, you got more insight as to what was happening in Tekken 6 as a whole story. It was great!!!

Lars is the true hero of Tekken because, unlike Jin, he never let his lineage corrupt his heroic heart.

Jin/Nina moments were the best in this. Should have been more of those two. Both are very interesting and badass characters. Loved how savage Jin is! I hope he stays that way.

Yeah, it'd be a huge balancing act between the main plot (Mishima family and all that) and all the other characters stories, not to mention they'd have to add in fight scenes as well. While I'm not a fan of the Blood Vengance movie, it's fairly faithful to the characters (Apart from say Alisa) and the plot is decent.

Say what you want about Tekken 6, bt it actually had a pretty good story mode. Honestly, the only thing I find wrong with T7 is that it's story mode wasn't more like this.

I vouch what you say and appreciate how the meager amount of characters brought in were enough for meaningful story which would be all the more appealing if I didn't have my expectation set elsewhere due to already knowing about the dozen plus characters who could be popping in and out. I can fine w/the Netflix Tekken never reaching this point but if they do, these cutscenes definitely provide a great framework.

No one ever talks about how epic the helicopter battle with Alisa was. It wasn’t a traditional fight of course, but it still had me on the edge of my seat the whole time and unsure whether she was going to win or not and during a few moments I thought should would get seriously wounded and straight up die. 😭

Wonderful plot. Love the story. Just watching here on youtube all Tekken stuff. ) Jin Kazama is great portrayed here. Very trustworthy expressions, very interesting. Decent work. Some of heroes overplayed. Especially the ones with English lines, that overamerican accent. Maybe I'm wrong. ) By the way, it's completely fine they do speak different languages. If they know both and choose to speak on the one they express themselves better. In real world it was fine, I suppose, in some countries in high society.

To be fair, Jin was never really considered "evil" in the first place. He was neutral in this game. Sure, he declared war on the entire world, which was ridiculous and out of character for him to commit something like that, but he only did that so he could summon Azazel in order to put a stop to the Devil Gene and thats good.

Half of it worked, he did kill Azazel and saved the world from eternal slavery, but he didn't get rid of his Devil Gene, maybe he'll find a way to control it, since he can't take it out of himself.

Didn't think I'd be saying this, but after looking at the Tekken 7 story, its total playtime and overall rushed pace, Tekken 6 has a far more robust campaign experience when you take into account characterisation, playtime and everything else. It's just unfortunate that I care nothing for the gameplay of Scenario Campaign itself, or for either Lars or Alisa.

@@you-5-iver804 Exactly, wish there was the possibility to play it alone (Tekken 3 and 4 Tekken Force style) or to be able to play in Co-Op Offline with a split-screen though, I didn't always enjoy Alisa killing everyone in a heartbeat before I could even take one out. Shame the only way to play with someone is Online Co-Op, I prefer to play with someone I know than with a complete stranger, not counting you can't pause Online and the enemies were far too strong there for some reason.

@@ldking5132 You are delusional lol. Street Fighter 5 sold over 5 and a half over million copies and the series still makes millions of dollars. Street Fighter is more iconic than Tekken

I would appreciate better story modes in fighting games. I know beating down the other guy is the point but I would like some justification as to why I am beating the crAp out of the other guy. The Tekken campaign mode and Injustice stories were a good start, and I hope it continues and improves going forward.

Tekken 6 have better stages with soundrtack that tekken 7 but tekken 7 have the best group of characters and will have more life by the tekken competitive

Plus, the story of Tekken 7 is short, it takes about two hours compared to 6 which is kinda long.

@@savedspirit8505 agreed. t7 was indeed a joke and a huge disappointment when it comes to content. if you think about t7 for a few moments you will come to realization that it was a pure cash grab project leaving the loyal fans in doubt about that "the conclusion of mishima saga" lie. and not to mention the terrible console releases and the other lie harada said where he said will never charge anyone for a dlc character and yet released a ton of old characters as paid dlcs (his excuse was those characters weren't popular in previous games).

I don’t care what anyone says; you HAVE to give it to Jin! He saw a far greater evil than what anyone else could comprehend. He did everything not just to free himself from the family bloodline curse, but to also save the world.
