I don’t understand how this game is still popular. It is so much fun tho
@Sannidor
2 жыл бұрын
The game is popular because it's still one of the most rewarding fighting game experiences against real life opponents TODAY, STILL. Many play modern fighting games because these products are being heavily advertised and gamers feel persuaded to participate in the "flavor of the year" trend for social reasons more than game's theme or mechanics. Street fighter 4 was *way* less awful than SF5. Barely anyone touches SF4 anymore and there's more examples like Guilty Gear. At least the retro scene is getting stronger but just watching Twitch nerds is not enough, we need more real life tournaments, not online nonsense. Overall, sometimes less is more and Tekken games were never good after first TAG. T4 got released in unfinished and unpolished state but at least it tried to be original. T5 and ongoing are boring and messy, with increasing focus on juggles. Tekken 3 is not only historically the most innovative and competent - it's is THE Tekken game defining all following, awkward attempts at expanding and improving this VGF system.

I think it's the memories ppl had while playing it and the nostalgia. It was such a fun and revolutionary fighter and many were already invested in the Tekken story from 1 and 2. Oh, and the scenes at the end, always worth the effort!

Oh damn! Thank you for mentioning me at the end of the movie. I'm flattered ^_^

The best you've done so far that I've seen! Awesome stuff man!
I shazam'd it. Song is: Hybrid - Just For Today Cheers!
So amusing how people are complaining that these aren't secret moves, almost all of these transitions were never in his command list in any tekken. People have seen just frame James do a lot of these on the old Wednesday night fights stream but Tenshimitsu discovered these a long ass time ago. If anything this video is worth its weight in gold.

OK, this is what I do once in a while - I play on practice mode, with HIT ANALYSIS on. I record my sessions just in case something unusual is registered. This is how I discovered a decent part of my material to "secret" T3 videos. Though Yoshimitsu was pictured with two swords in T3 promotional posters, he started to use them in T6, not sooner. Considering some weird stuff I found already, which has not been shown *anywhere* else but this channel, I still have faith there are some mysteries to reveal, maybe even two sworded attacks in T3. Cheers ;)

Back in 2001 a friend and I played T4 (99% it was 4) all winter long every night after work. I played almost exclusively Yoshi. I'm not gonna say 100% but I would almost swear there was a move I would unintentionally pull off once in a while where Yoshi split in two and went up in the air or vice versa went up in the air and came down split in two - one on each side of the opponent. I might be crazy but I'm pretty sure I remember Yoshi doing that.

@@groovyroman5528 1. Yoshimitsu was never in Mortal Kombat 2. He's never had the sword in his ass. You're probably referring to "Manji Blood Dance" where he impales himself with his sword and spins with it still lodged through his body. This is a move he's had since Tekken 3.

It was a hit-and-miss choice for sure. I had to change music in several videos just to make them available in (hopefully) all countries and many clips got claims from scammers. Whatever the "ultimate/final" version of these videos will be I'll most likely just use Tekken music to make them easy to share and re-stream without fear of violating some silly TOS. I still record a lot T3 stuff, the work is not over. Cheers!
I used to play this at the slots when i was a kid. Damn never knew that there are so much moves to do. Makes Tekken alot more interesting than i thaught.

I like the yoshimisu because he is technical character so you can do literaly every move in oposite direction to your advantage of course and thatnks to that hes portfolio of moves combos and tricks just doubles i hope there will be yoshimitsu in every tekken.

Hi. Check my "deleted scenes" clip for Yoshi. If you like this character and obsess about his guest appearances, play Anna Kournikova's Smash Court Tennis for PSX. Cheers.
I swear i did a move once with Yoshimitsu where it started out like a normal throw. But then there was a second "ghost" Yoshimitsu. So the original does the throw and ends up lying on the ground and the ghost does a second throw then pulls up the original Yoshimitsu by the arm and they became one. No matter how hard i tried i couldn't recreate it

THE SNOW FOREST STAGE IS A MOD FOR PSX ROM
@grimmenigma949 Yoshi does have swordless stance in T6 but there is no much use of it. What I meant was Raven has been created based on deleted Yoshi's tricks. Except for few attacks all his arsenal was created without motion capture session and most moves were badly designed. My favorite Yoshies are from T3 and first Soul Calibur :)

Aside from the secrets where do you get the school stage and yoshimitsu's snowy stage, are they in the game or PC?
Kudos to you, if you know all the moves😎
basic "KI Charge" doas two things: - you do small guard damage - all successful attacks will be Counter Hits - greater damage, stun properties etc. also, you CAN'T block when charged, but you can still reverse or parry if your character has these abilities charged ANNA has extra string extensions charged LAW has one sweet unique thingy: 1+2+3+4; 1~3 (or just 1 but if 1 is guarded 3 becomes unblockable)
best song ever... especially the last minuite
BEST TEKKEN!

i remember a move that was in the demo moves i could reproduce it withouth problems, it was something like u/f+a button(front flip) then f+a button(forward spinning) then b+a button(back flip) then d/b+a button(makes him charge his sword), all together it was a frontflip-spin-backflip-charging sword while moving forwards.
