I am sold! thank you so much.I'm getting a Carrera digital set for my upgrade + tekslot. I have a analog Carrera set. Wanted to go digital but didn't want to let go of my analog cars. I saw this guy on KZread had converted his digital track to run analog. But it looked real complicated. But this tekslot box makes it so simple.

Thanks for your review. I have just set up the Tek Slots system. With digital all runs as it should. With analog the cars and wireless controllers run great. My issue is with cars while in analog mode are not recognized by the track or race management system. In other words, there is no beep when the car passes over the start line sensor or the check lane. Nor is the race management system detecting the car to register laps. I use Yinglings HSSRMS. Have you had any issues with lap counting of analog cars?

Is there a adapter so I can run a carrera set in the uk as its come with a 2 pin socket & we in the uk have 3 pin electric sockets in our houses etc . I’m trying to find info on whether or not I can run non Carrera cars on my Carrera D132 set. I see you have some Fly cars, so I’m assuming you can, but this was mostly about analog/digital, also very helpful.

With this you can run any brand of analog car on the Carrera track. Digital can’t mix brands ever without changing chips in cars

Can a Carrera Digital from 2007 work with digital cars of today?

Good morning I loved your video, I have a question: Can I run Carrera analog cars and Carrera 132 digital cars AT THE SAME time on the same track? with the Tek-Slots track adapter plug and play option. IF it can be done without the adapter How it can be done?... I like to Run... them at the same time. Please let me know. THANK YOU

No one or the other not together if you set an analog car on a digital track it goes to full throttle and flys across the room

I've been doing HO scale and was considering doing a 1/32nd for the digital system and the great looking cars. Then I realized that most of the cars I really like in 1/32 are analog anyway, so I was getting bummed about that... Now I see this. I'm really going to have to get a better Grip on this stuff before I commit to anything because it's a little confusing. I've noticed that most people have the wireless thumb controllers that are making videos too... I have a few slot it controllers that can run digital and can also be wireless with the oxigen set up, but I think that is only for Scalextric? I have also heard that policar is going to have a digital track at some point too, so I need to consider that too. Hopefully I can understand what I am doing before I go buying a bunch of stuff that is not compatible with other stuff. I'm just afraid to commit to any specific brand because everyone seems to be an island to theirself compared to analog ho. I'm wanting to find a way to get everything compatible and I just don't know if that's possible. Thanks

Unfortunately when it comes to digital you will need to pick a brand. Your correct nobody’s stuff works out of the box on all tracks. So you would have to comment to a brand on digital.

So wait, in order to run old slot cars on this new state of the art slot car track, you either need to install computer chips in each of them, or go out and buy a little box that costs more than the entire track set?? Neither of those options seem like a good value.

Is this still working well? I seem to have run into a problem hooking it with the six controller extender.

Yes still working great although I only have 4 controllers so I don’t know about 6

Where can I get one???

Saw the price of it, at least the one at which it is marketed in Europe, around 250€. For that price i'll buy 2 different analog sets and change just the digital parts (which, on a standard set are either 3 or 5)....5 minutes work. No surprise it's not popular.

Sold out/No longer available everywhere... was it a bad product or did they just run out of stock?? Tek Slots FB page is no longer there.

They did currently he isn’t making any until December as they can’t get the chips for them. Check out the tel slot Facebook page (Joe the owner of tel slot) answers questions on there 😉

Currently they are changing the sales model to this new version on the website so I can’t send a link. if you got to the Tek-Slots Facebook page the gentlemen that makes them is on there and he will be able to sell it to you directly.

What is the cost of the trek slot box? I would be interested in purchasing one because I want to purchase a digital track and have a few analog cars.

No but I do not have any curved lane changes the only changers that need to be modified are the curved

No you do not. If you have any curved lain changers they will need to be modified
