IAF needs a glide and booster kit for its arsenal of dumb bombs like the Russian FAB bombs. They need to find a cheap way to boost the glide phase to get 100 kms+ range so that a heavy transport can release one dozen of them from far inland. In a war, GPS can be spoofed, jammed and scrambled so military needs to find out how best to beat spoofing and avoid scrambling using IRNSS. Is it possible to use manual guidance. Idea is it should be CHEAP and we should have them by the THOUSANDS.

Don't worry Bangladesh will most probably order more tug Boats and a few helicopters. But yes we can condition them to protect Hindu population. But remember Sheikh Hasina government is mostly secular, BNP leader Khaleda Zia's party is mostly radical. And the radicals is harrassing Hindus. This BNP party gets funds from China and USA. A few days ago P.M. Sheikh Hasina herself said that an white man offered Millions for a Naval Military Base in Bangladesh. Which is not accepted by her yet.
