Great comparasion ! No one radio cannot beat TEF6686 as i said (from my personal experience i have Tescun too) in selectivity and sensitivity without any hard modification , even in that case they will be equal ! :) )) You will love yourTEF6686 radio a lot my friend just as myself and almost every DXer who i know and who buyed him! ! 73!

Interesting! I would like to see a comparison even knowing that I would lose, especially in selectivity. There are no doubts about the Tef 6686, I wanted to buy it, I'm just afraid that it will break down in a few months. How far is France Musique?

Selectivity is what I tested here, & the TEF 6686 won. The TEF 6686 seems a solid radio, I doubt it will break down in a few months. I have Made In China radios that are still doing good after so many years. The France Musique relay from Caen on 95.6 MHz was about 220 km / 135 miles from my location.

Yes, I only heard a few complaints mainly about the buttons and antenna, but others are fine with the receiver even after months, although we have to consider that we tinkered a lot. Although, problems you can find with any radio, even the most reputable ones. The older single-speaker version, at least in terms of the cabinet, appears to be quite sturdy.

Can you try PL-390 and Radio IC NXP TEF 6686 FM DX comparison very weak signal between two radios 🤔

With setting Auto BW on manual in kHz you will got even clearer that low signal radios who are between much stronger radiois and even RDS! :) )) NO one portable radio excvept some SDR on PC as Airspay Discovery HF+ cannot do that ! :) My blue TEF6686 even have amazibng LNA amplifier see my videos . I have new with comparasion LNA ON and OFF :) LNA not intefered radios !
