In France, the same thing happened to a new restaurant, a young tiktoker saved their restaurant by sharing on tiktok. They were so successful, they had to close to re-open with larger facilities and accommodation... But the tiktok wasn't even thanked properly, the young owners did not even care when he said it was him who show their restaurant on tiktok... Very disappointing

I haven’t had a good impression of TikTok until now. I’m used to hearing how TikTok has created insecurities and body dysmorphia. But I’m glad TikTok has content that goes beyond appearances and is meant to support communities, spread awareness and information. It’s great to see people use a popular platform like TikTok to create social change for the better. It’s these type of content and people I would like to see get viral. I hope things continue to get better for the Asian American community. Spread love not hate. 💕

I love when influencers are actually positively influencing people. Just recently in Malaysia, an autistic uncle went viral and gained 5 digits in sales after a girl posted about him on Twitter. We have Shopee (our version of Amazon) and the uncle was doing live video with only 7 viewers. He only manage to sell about 3 car perfume per month so the girl felt sorry because he was trying really hard and encouraged the netizens to support him. I am beyond happy to see the end results. You can look up "uncle foo bliese" on google to know more. This is a reminder that we can always make an impact by the means of social medias!!

Wonderful to see the restaurant get another chance. Amazing the power social media can have when used right. Now the challenge is retain these new customers. Understanding why your old customers left in the first place and don't fall back into old patterns. Fresh, high quality ingredients, cleanliness and consistency and they will do just fine.
