I was there when it happened. There was a group of like 7 teenagers threatening the victim over him being in a gang supposedly. Some elders told the group to leave the boy alone to which the group began threatening to shoot those elders. They got off at east point continuing to follow and taunt the boy who went towards the buses. One proceeded to shoot him which caused people to run however I went over near him as there were some of the same teenagers who were taunting him stayed around.
