Not really, lyandris is old lyandris again, and blackfire is what new lyandris was. Lyandris was always a hp ap item that give the burn but not the mana, they changed it when the mytics came, and now they are reverting it

@@bookedchimera my guy, im gonna be clear with you, you dont even know how big the community was, TT was loved, more than SR, but riot pushed people into 5v5 ranked, mainly because for the longest time riot didnt balance TT, it was the same stats as SR, not only that when they wanted to save TT it was already late, between ranked being the main focus and people already were in groups of more than 3 TT wasn't recoverable, but almost everyone who played it(and let me tell you, many people didnt even try it, i know a couple of people who played back then and never wanted to even try it) preferred it to SR...

@@normanderi you literally said it yourself, it was already too late. if they brought it back, even with its own unique balances to the champs, itll die off in a couple weeks just like any other gamemode. arena rn is alr becoming a struggle for them to make permenent bc the 2nd they came out with it the same thing happen to it like the rest of the gamemodes, it slowly died out after a couple weeks. and this is a gamemode they want to try make permenent, so there gonna try extra hard to make it something ppl wanna keep playing. they have no such intentions with TT. if it comes, then awsome i would love to be able to play it again. but doesnt change the fact that the large majority of ppl will stop playing it in a couple weeks

The couple of champions that come to my mind for the new quickblades are lucian and caitlyn, and maybe varus. Even so, having some AD would make the item a lot more usable

You got me at twisted treeline

Deathfire Grasp was my favorite SR item back when AP Trist mid was a thing. Just DFG in mid-air right before you land on them and watch them disappear. Ah the good ol' days. Blackfire Torch was a TT-only item that was similar to DFG in the same manner that Wooglet's Deathcap was similar to Rabadon's. EDIT: Yeah the item equivalents between SR and TT were Blackfire Torch - Deathfire Grasp, Wooglet's Witchcrown - Rabadon's Deathcap + Zhonyas Hourglass

I think the flickerblade is designed for Sivir: she uses the attackspeed, AD and crit, and she can take advantage of the cooldown reduction on her E since it's free and on her W since it's her main DPS ability.

Im more worried with wathever is that madhouse happening at botlane, jhin with zephyr looks disgusting

Wonder if Leona could take enough advantage of Flickerblade for it to be worth it. Even if it's about as good as building haste then she could probably work a zero haste build, allowing her to build other stats.

I miss my days as teemo. I used to drop shrooms EVERWHAR. If i didn't have at least half the map shroomed I was slacking. I quit lol for awhile when the shroom nerf happened.

wonder how well 4% AP burn ratio works with Veigar passive. Obviously not alot but its better then 1% the previous burn effect had.

So, at the time you got the Torch, Hwei had 1380 max hp, which means Liandry's would have dealt around 27 damage per second as well, while also giving another 6% increased damage, and providing health for survivability. I feel like Torch needs a bit more flat damage, to be honest, or Liandry's a bit less scaling. Logistically, a flat amount DoT should be stronger when acquired early, whereas a scaling DoT should be stronger later in the game.

It could be an interesting item for Malphite, ult in on 5 people, then your W and E hit like a truck!

I dont think quick blades needs to be a crit item since they removed the bonus ability damage crit scaling and that all full crit items gives 25% crit making it ad and atkspd would make it more flexible for non crit builds and a good situational 4/5th item.

if you have the support item you can convert it to the 4th burn item.

Do still Navori's not stack with IE? Maybe crit Briar is possible, with Navori's, Phantom Dancer, Shieldbow, armor pen item and Bloodthirster...

What about Rumble with the new burn items? Any good?
