Tedding Hay! Ford 2000 & 2 Basket Tedder
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
The video makes it look like the tedder is spinning backwards :) I felt ambitious and knocked down 20 acres of hay. Fluffing up and spreading out the fields that are mostly clover so they dry completely.

Thanks Nelson! Yes, those three cylinders do have a distinct sound.
Yea. Loved those Fords 2, 3, & 5000 series growing up in the 70-80,s. Sure do not build them like that anymore. Nice vid. Thank you Farmer Pete.

They were indeed good little tractors. Thanks!
Ford sounds great. Tedder doing a nice job and the hay looks great. That’s a good tractor-Tedder combo…👍
Nice job on that forgotten Ford

Thank you.
The Ol' Ford sounds pretty good. You've got that field looking like a shag carpet in a '70s living room. LOL. Keep up the good work there. ROCK ON FARMER PETE!!!!

Thank you! We had a brief hay making window. At this point it looks like at least a week before we get another one.
She sounds good Pete! Looks like a nice hay crop too.

The Ford 200 is sounding pretty good. Tedder seems to be working well, too. I'll be tedding hay in about 2 days. Got some timothy to knock down.

I think you might be right.
I love the landscape..were those hillsides clear and pastured at one time? I hope they don't grow in.

Thanks! Yes, they were pastured and more open at one time.
Mr Pete what did you use as a fuel line from the tank to the carb?

If I remember right I used a piece of steel tubing I had on the shelf from the tank down to the sediment bowl. Probably no reason you couldn't use a rubber fuel line. I just happened to have some tubing.
Good day Pete Looks & sounds good. How is it on fuel compared to H Thanks

Hi Don! My impression is that it uses a bit more fuel than the H. Of course the H is pretty stingy on gas.
