Almost to the day, 40 years ago, I saw Ted in Bakersfield Ca in May of 1981 and this was the 1st song he played. Ted , if your reading this, Thanks bro. I went into the Marines a few weeks later, and this set the course for the rest of my life. and this is the 1st time I've overseen this vid.

What an album! Intensities in ten cities. My dad gave it to me in cassette back in 82, I was only 4 and I spent the next four years playing air guitar to it like there was no tomorrow! You could say I got a special relationship with this album

The audio was from Ted's 1979-80 tour with Charlie Huhn on guitar, Dave Kiswiney on bass, and Cliff Davies on drums. The band in the video with Ted was the DC Hawks (RIP Mark Gardner -bassist) who were his incredible band for the 1981 tour.

Saw Nugent live in a little town in SW Fla back in the day, circa 1970; Amboy Dukes at the time; great happening....then word came down there's a guitarist in town that wants to duel with Ted, my my what a thing, tripping my ass off.
