I have a Tecno LD7 (Pova) the problem keeps going on even after factory reset, I had another solution which is installing the system manually on the phone, it worked. The real problem is a bug in the system update, once you installed the system manually, turn off the auto update setting to avoid getting the shitty system update that tecno/android have scheduled for your phone. Even if these solutions in the video works for you, after restarting the phone again you have a probability of 90% that your phone is going to do the same thing and restarting over and over again, stop hating on tecno products guys, the problem is just from the system update
