Literally. I just got to see her sing Waiting Room live on Sunday. I actually almost lost my mind when she started singing it. It’s one of my favorite songs ever and it was soooo impressive live.

it’s so lovely seeing how she went from performing this at a high school auditorium to a full stadium with over 70,000 people :’)

It is a gift she was born with. There are other people born with such a gift, but never get to utilize it because they don’t pursue music or poetry or some other medium to express that gift. But there are also plenty of technically proficient musicians out there who could not write such good music or lyrics. She was lucky enough to have both abilities, and dedicated enough to work at it

I like how she looks a little nervy/shy in the beginning but it totally vanishes the second she starts singing

I can’t get over how talented she is

She's my age here and she's CRAZY talented i cannot ever imagine writing such an emotionally compelling deep gutpunching song right now

She came out of nowhere like a gift to heal everyone's pain this year

this is one of my favorite phoebe songs and the fact that she performed it at like 17-18 will forever amaze me

those two dislikes were people who were sad about phoebe changing her insta username.

I saw Phoebe open up for Conor Oberst early on in a cathedral in Los Angeles. I knew immediately she was one of the next greatest singer songwriters, the same way I would’ve known it if I had seen this amazing video live. It’s just so rare when a certain artist strikes such a powerful chord. So happy for her success.
