@@andrewchidester5704 Same, my grandma passed away recently too (at the beginning of 2023) and her death, while it still hurt, I feel impacted me less than Techno's, I think it's because she was older and not doing too well health wise so it was sorta more expected to happen, while Techno's death came more out of nowhere all of a sudden :(

@@Finity_ oh nice. i feel like our generation that grew up with the start of social media really created a strong connection to the creators we watch/ed, theyve all been a massive part of our childhood and teenage years, especially when its been tough and we had no one else. Technos death was so monumental because he was such a good guy and the people who watched him felt such a strong connection since he was very in contact with his fans. im grateful to have grown up with youtubers like techno, being exposed to new things really helped to have an open mind for other new things.

I hope fans continue to keep technoblade channel alive! I remember them in this MCmonday, was so cool! I still enjoy watching technoblade content, BBH content and even a6d content.

He gained about 5 million subscribers after he passed. :) His dad is also keeping his channel alive. The fans won’t let his legacy die.

The bitter irony is that Technoblade obviously didn’t want anyone to feel sad about his passing and kept things on a positive note until the very end, but that just makes me (and I assume a lot of others) feel sadder. Because that just shows how amazing of a person he was. Incredibly kind and strong, despite the unfair circumstances. Makes you realize what kind loss it is. I’ve never been a big Techno fan. I watched a few vids here and there and I did enjoy them but I was never really a follower. And yet the news of his passing still hit me hard, like I actually lost someone I know. Wishing the best for his family and friends.

it's hard for me to see anything with Technoblade knowing that he's been gone for like a year at this point, but it's good to still see the passion towards him because he was such a special person. rest in peace Techno. I hope everyone who loved you and knew you are doing well after you left them

Man.. because of where I live, the timezones match perfectly so when I wake up, Techno would already be streaming. I will never forget the times I would either wake up to MC Championship, MCMondays, MC Ultimate or DSMP. Still missing you King o7

You know you've finally been able to accept the grief when looking back at his videos of when he was happy, healthy, and himself...you smile, you remember the joy of watching his videos for the first, second, even 100th time...and it's like discovering him all over again. The editing was amazing. This was more of a eulogy to Phil and Alex's friendship, aside from the minecraft aside from the twitch, the past so many years, this was two friends. The opening that phil said was beautiful and I think it sums it up. Alex was a person. Alex is gone. But Technoblade, the idea of never giving up, as Alex said even if the odds are a million to one, trying your best, that's a bedtime story I'd wake up to. Rest Well Alex. Technoblade Never Dies.

I remember watching the mc Mondays,right from the first one,and when I heard that techno and Phil who were both one of my favourite KZreadrs at the time were gonna be on a team,I was so excited,and watching them play,and continuing to record together after that time,it was so cool to watch,I wish I could continue to watch them playing,talking,and doing everything they had already been doing. rest in peace techno,my childhood hero,my idol,and the one I looked up too,and thank you.

Any one who thinks California has less taxes has never actually been there for very long term or looked into it... I was considering moving to California at one point and quickly noped out of it when I realized I would be paying about twice as much in income tax alone... not to mention cost of living there is ridiculous.

i remember religiously making sure i could watch every one of techno's Minecraft Mondays live. i was so such a present fan in those few months and it let me find a great group of friends on a unofficial fan server. i don't keep up with them but they were absolutely fantastic people. we all loved techno and bonded so much through him spoof, you are so sweet and i wish i could hug you paint, you are the funniest mf and a ball of light whimsy, you are the smartest child and ily 2019 was an incredible year. i can't believe how long it's been since. i really cannot
