Ойын-сауық

June and a neko rig go together like peas and carrots! The fish shallow and deep alike will eat this simple rig this time of year!

Great info. I'm trying to learn to find that offshore structure now that I have some good electronics.

Do you ever super glue the weight in the worm? Seems like I bury the weight in the worm and the weight works it way out.

Not a bad idea by any means. For light weights I like lead. They are larger and seem to stay in better.

I agree with you. I’m in my mid forties and my dad taught me this technique as a kid. And he said a man from Arkansas taught it to him as a young man. And we have always just called it a wacky rig way before anyone started calling it a neko rig.
