thats just something youre actively looking out for. nearly every where you go in an industrial or manual craft section of a city or neighborhood, women are just less present. not gonna totally disagree with you that there is obvious less presence in this particular society, but of course culture plays a part as well as education levels. Other parts of this same town will look different depending on the socia-econ buildup of that neighborhood.
