Its because he isn't cutting rubbler its rubber a cousin of rubbler although still a petroleum product it cuts alot easier

It starts with you. As the unreasonably divisive Jordon Peterson says, "Clean your own room first." Does that sound like someone being an internet bully/jerk/idiot? That's not intended. My garage shows the fruits of "I can make something out of that" and my mechanic always has old tires at my disposal. I'm watching this in hope of finding inspiration and instruction. Peace.

Brilliant!!! Rubber once vulcanized is almost useless as a material. We use it for playgrounds here in the US. It makes a better surface than dirty to fall on! AHAHA Great way to repurpose something that can't be recycled.
