what is the upgrade in terms of sound quality in az80 bro ?
I bought these earbuds, but unfortunately in Teams calls using laptop are introducing unwanted echoes, so had to return it
How is it with videos & movies?
Hows the mic quality?
Are the AZ80 louder than the AZ60M2? I have the AZ60M2 but I will be returning them. They are not loud, even when I max out the volume

Az80 are not as loud as az60m2, so you may want to get your ears checked by a professional. Az80s are loud enough, but az60m2s are on another level in volume.

Why does it say if LDAC is set to optimized for quality, then set to best effort? It should be set to optimized for quality for the best possible audio especially if listening to lossless tracks. I know LDAC isn't lossless but the optimized setting gives it the best sound possible.

I think it's to do with RF interference. LDAC can be unstable at times. So maybe best effort allows it to switch dynamically if it starts to struggle

@WhatGear I currently have the Soundcore Liberty 3 Pros & just placed an order for the AZ80s yesterday. I always set it to optimized for audio on the Liberty 3 Pros & rarely get a connection drop.
Is the ANC performance of the AZ60M2 better than the BOSE QC earbuds 2 and the Aipods pro 2?

Bose is top 1 ANC but their products are flawed in many ways. Airpod pro is a popular option because it does everything well, but it is very mainstream, which I don't like. AZ80 does well too, right below the above, overall very good ANC. Sound quality, fit, comfort and call quality is superb on AZ80. Don't even bother Bose unless you only care about ANC. You cannot go wrong with either APP 2 or AZ80, but if you'd like to standout, go for AZ80 and the sound quality is better too.

No. ANC is really good. only beaten by QC and airpods.

red light in case is steady, blinking for charge.
I use wireless charge all the time. I never plug my phone in

Why did they rename it Technics instead of Panasonic???

Because Panasonic is reviving their Technics brand originally known for their high-fidelity audio products, including turntables, amplifiers, speakers, and cassette decks. The brand initially gained prominence in the 1960s through the 80s. This brand was innovative back in the day, experimenting with honeycomb diaphragms made of light aluminum. I'm personally excited at the prospects of the revival of their Technics brand.

No , they are made in Malaysia
These don't have concha fit. Only the AZ80s.
Technics are serious players in the headphone space , I will be spending my dollars with them going forward. I have not had to deal with customer service in any capacity but the day will come eventually I hope the service lines up with the products..
