Heating issues?
The things is, this is probably the best phone for those who want Advanced professional photography and videography,but that's it, it's is not good enough relative to it's competitors on other aspects. And if u just want a camera , u can get better ones for this price .

Good to see a review with good photography focus. Sony is certainly stepping out of the mould, headphone socket and SD card, max props. Plus top camera and the other abilities. Ironic that actual innovation is keeping some things 🤣

The H in Huawei is not silent. I really have no idea how this bizarre WAH-WAY pronunciation became a thing. It's "Hua - way", the H is not only not silent, it's where the stress on the word lies. I know some people claim that WAH-WAY is the Cantonese pronunciation, but this is also wrong. In Cantonese, it's WAH-WHY. And Cantonese wouldn't be appropriate either since the company is based in Hangzhou, China, a place that speaks Mandarin. Source: Mandarin is my native language.

Sony is still stuck in the past they need to change the design i remember the experia phones they did not change at all in terms of phone design they have yo move on and catch up with other competitors and the price is very high too
well, at the expense of battery life, I'd choose the 1080p than 4k, and 4k is just suitable for big screens like tv, tablets or monitors

Removing the SD card slot on the A24 meant I went for the S25. I carry around perhaps two hundred gigabytes of audio books, movies and TV shows as I travel Was a very easy decision to make. Also meant I could take the SD card from my old phone and just put it in the new without having to transfer everything.
Are the straps from the Fit 2 compatable witht the Fit 3? There's conflicting reports saying yes and no? Has anyone actually done it?

Looks like Sony did NOT disappoint with the Xperia 1 VI's display: although they clearly stated in their ads and launch video that it has "FHD+", upon research it turns out 2048x1080 is NOT "1080p", but rather "native" DCI 2k. It is "official cinema resolution" and like the Xperia 1's of the past still true to its cinema roots. Sony should've called it that instead of the smartphone and TV term of FHD+. Farewell 4K, but this should make it more mass-appealing. Well done Sony. 👏

I have a problem. I have a Galaxy Z Fold 5. When the phone is open and folded and I make a call or they call me, the person cannot be heard and when I use the headphones during the call while folded, the sound is very low.
stopped watching after a quick google search said that this isn't coming to the U.S. too bad... it's prob the first sony phone that's worth getting since like 10 years. and i'm not importing a phone lol. oh well.. time to forget this exists.
Been using this for 2 days now. Honest review: Battery is great!! Design wise it’s sleek compared to the fit 2 and its screen is amazing and when its turned of the black bezels looks seemless. Downside: cant use remote apps such as spotify because ios doesnt have a counterpart app, remote camera shutter doesnt work. You cant reply to a message, only read.
1299 for that Wack camera compared to the competition Boring design
sad thing is, MKBHD will likely not review this phone or won't go over most of the features you mentioned and focus on some narrative he comes up with about how sony is out of touch

The reason Sony does not increase the charging speed like Chinese manufacturers is due to considerations of safety and the lifespan of the battery itself.

Don't trust Sony phones. I had a Sony Xperia 5 III for 2y and it's barely usable now. The fingerprint sensor simply stopped working and all settings for it got removed from the phone, the battery runs out really quickly, the phone overheats like crazy sometimes, the camera can't zoom and change between the different lenses while filming video. Whatever positives you may have when using it for the first few days, weeks, months DO NOT hold up after 2y of use.
I have the XM3s and considering upgrading to the XM4s. Would the ULTs be a better option? Is the noise cancelling better than the XM3s?

Great review. You are doing what almost everybody misses to do, namely speak to the audience. Cause off course SONY fans wan't to see SONY phones compared to other SONY phones rather than some brand that we won't buy. Cheers!
