When you do the update does the menu etc look any different?

From v4 to a newer version of v4 it will still look the same, however you will get our added features. You will only see UI change going from version 3 to a version 4. There will be a big difference in the way it looks.

HEllo after Update NVR don't start normally... After the update is finished it displays NVR 4.0 and after 40s NVR restart and
