The efficacy of a port depends on the volume of the sound whereas a passive radiator is pretty much unaffected and is, thus, considered a better albeit more expensive solution.

My tower speakers have built-in powered subs with 2 passive radiators I've heard it's an alternative to having a port

yes sir.It was awesome to have a frequency sweep performed and proving what I felt about my room all along was correct

Your measurements matter more lol but good idea I actually have a pic I can share on next video.At the end the day I do not need to prove anything to anyone but since you request it I will do a video today as a follow up to be transparent.

Remember "Sound & Vision" Magazine Canadian version. They had a test record Lp. I got it back in the Mid 80's. It's a pretty cool Lp 😎 back in the day. For some reason I remember Name of the editor was Allen Loft I think.

Digital.The sweep is not complete its going to be done again now that bookcase is removed and the room is 8ft wide 9 ft high and extends way behind 6ft listening position and opens up from left to right.Do you have to use the word ASS!
