Happy Tears of the Kingdom release day everyone!
Seems like we've been waiting for this just as long as Breath of the Wild, so I for one am very excited. One thing that already stood out to me from the trailers though was this song, so I'll be thrilled if the rest of the soundtrack follows suit. Breath of the Wild had a few memorable riffs like the Guardian theme, but while its more ambient score fit the game well, it just felt lacking compared to the epic orchestrations of most Zelda games. Conversely, one can already feel a strong sense of adventure here, which I aimed to recapture while simplifying it down to just a piano. Hopefully I did it justice and I'll be excited to hear what other songs are in this new Hylian quest!
