How very careless of you to cut your finger! Interesting to see what they had inside. It should have been quite a good battery.

It was a bloody sacrifice to get more subscribers - hahaha To be honest - they were good - those are old batteries, like 3 years old but i'm not planning to keep something that can burn my house > more expensive than battery! Only thing they lack is real time of operation - InfoLithium measure capacity of battery and show true value how long it allow to record / play (I have also tear-down of genuine and it's stuffed with more IC-s for that calculation)

What does the pin other than plus and minus do? I also tried to use the 4s charging integrated circuit, but the device did not detect it because that pin was missing. How Can I Solve This? Battery board is faulty.

In general third pin is used for communication and it can be as simple as detecting temperature of cell or talking into info lithium. Take look here for workaround: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lZWnxM6qktDFYJc.html

the metal is to add weight so It "feels" like 18650 cells I bet.
