I knew it from the beginning that Luis is biased and wanted to get more views, he knows that the majority of his subscribers are Filipinos..The powerhouse of Asia is now change and it's either Thailand or Vietnam will get into to top,, Philippines representatives are indeed have substances but it is getting more modern, and now the way people judge beauty pageant is way more than before... And some people also wanted to get some $$$$$ from it and they knew which place and consumers should they execute.. Look at Luis eyes, full of fakes

Also when Celeste Competed he even mentioned that he is not really at pkeased on how celeste carried herself during the prelims. So he is not biased

NICOLE : a Miss International prototype. I thought she would win but I am so proud of Nicole for placing 3rd runner up at Miss International GWEN: Of all the queens featured here, she's the one I met in person. She is so beautiful especially in person. I wish her the best in her upcoming pageant at Miss World. YLLANA: No critique for this lady. I have no complaints. She is the complete package but I think it wasn't her destiny to win that night. Her skills are never questioned. PAULINE: My sentimental veteran queen. She is the literal meaning of dedication. She almost snatched the crown but I am so proud of this Queen. MICHELLE: OMG! She's the same level as Pia and Catriona to be honest. Truly deserving not only the Top 5 but also The Top 3 and the crown as well. Michelle exceeded expectations. Her whole team deserves a big congratulations. Michelle is now an icon of Philippine pageantry, with or without the crown. A winner indeed.

One thing in common to all our queens mentioned in this video is that all of them are STRONG SPEAKERS. That's why PH will always be a threat in these major pageants. They may not have won the crown but i hope PH will still continue this trend of sending well rounded girls with great comskills.

It takes more than just winning multiple crowns in a few pageants to be a powerhouse. For example, South Africa may have seen success in MU, MW, and most recently, MS, yet it is not a powerhouse because its success is for the most part limited to those three pageants. Being a powerhouse means doing well in pretty much all pageants, both major and minor, whether or not they win the crown. It's having multiple / consistent semifinals placements or runner-up finishes. That's what makes the Philippines a true powerhouse. Also, being a powerhouse means that one will inevitably slip up and get unplaced some years. But what matters is how it recovers from such setback.

I agree with everything you said except for one about Yllana's answer. We should never restrict our girls on how to answer questions to satisfy minority of people. Its true not everyone can speak and understand English well but we should also consider majority of people can understand English too. Are we going to lower those people's intelligence to accommodate those who can't understand? How about those English speaking countries do they need to talk broken English to win? Its like a smart girl pretending to be stupid? So, i think its not Yllana's fault for being smart like what other people are saying. Its just that judges liked Ms. Albania more than Yllana that night not because she gave the best answer but probably she looks better than Yllana that night (just a little bit). OnE thing that i have noticed about some major pageants which had similar incidents about their placements like for example in Miss INterNaTioNal- one asian delegate BUT three Latinas. NEXT- in Miss EaRth, theres one european BUT three AsiaNs....Right !!!???

Philippines is slowly following the footsteps of venezuela, where it will remain a powerhouse but will have a hard time winning a crown...but i agree, philippines is undoubtedly among the strongest in beuaty pageants. And certainly the force to be battled up against in asia.

I think you ought to get this in your head. NO ONE outside of the Philippines cares enough to be jealous. Stop using jealousy as an excuse for Filipinos to lodge nasty toxic hateful insults at the Trans community, the LGBTQ community, the Latina community, the Thai community, the judges, the organizers and everyone under the sun just because their greasy haired contestant couldn’t cut it in the TOP 5. Hello! the word POWER HOUSE is based on number and world record, for the Alpha pangeant BIG4 alone PH has 4 MU crowns, 1 MW crown, 6 MI crowns and 4 ME crowns not to mentioned crowns from lesser pangeant like MG, MC, MSN etc etc and not to mentioned PLACEMENT from all the international pangeant , PH is ranked #3 in the world USA, Venezuela, Philippines and India Having said, it will take about more or less 10 years of completely drought , unplaced for Philippine to officially be considered as NO LONGER A POWER HOUSE just to add if we include World, Universe, International, Earth, Supranational and Grand the ranking would be: 1. FILIPINAS no longer a Powerhouse. They didn't win any Big 6 Pageants in the last 5 Years. The last time this happened was in 2004. In 2005, Lara won Mi, and since then Philippine win at least a single crown before 5 Year Period wraps up
