David goggins didn't take his soul.... The man was inspired... In fact in the video he told the story of David goggins running 100 miles and hurt 100.... He was inspired
If you listen to his audiobook, he was completely out of it during this interview. He said that these ultra-marathons during this year was the hardest thing he's ever had to do. And considering that he went through three Hell weeks in BUDS in a year, that's saying a lot.

I came to the understanding that no one saves you during one of the worst times of my life. Whenever I would share that quote ppl would look right past the profound in that. It wasn’t until this book by David Goggins that it’s all coming together for me. David uses his life as the Guinea pig for all of us… okay no one saves you so here is what it looks like and means to save yourself. So inspiring.
@joshchapman4753

Well said. You don’t realise no one is coming to save you until you are in a situation that there is no way out of but to endure it and surmount it. David’s lessons are so powerful because his life is a testament to being in that place most of us will find ourselves in at some stage and then surmounting it. If we don’t know how to push ourselves and increase our capacity for suffering- and to find purpose in that suffering, we won’t make it out with our souls intact- that is our self-respect our dignity our potential fulfilled. When life gets real and you suffer it makes sense to learn how to suffer first and spend time there so you know how to endure it and rise above.

03:15 “how was the heat for you?….I didn’t even notice it.” Straight face while everyone laughs, but David was dead serious 😝 man is a fuckin beast
This man is sitting here in his own world, a place seen only by him in his minds eye, where only a rare breed can relate, with two broken feet, and holding in extreme pain. He was the least prepared person, pushed himself to a place that few can imagine
Didn’t even noticed it.... Man that’s some taking souls shit
The audiobook brought me here too what a BADASS!
After listening to the audiobook, this is very satisfying to watch. "No one is coming to fucking save you!"
Up at 5:30 every morning working out. Audio book was my final kick in the ass I needed. Thanks David, Adam and Can’t hurt me. Millions in the bank funding my way of changing less fortunate people lives is my Bad water race.
Same and agree a legend he was totally on another planet during that interview. Respect.
David Goggins is my new superhero, his book brought me here. What a human being and inspiration

Hearing the audiobook of Can't hurt me from Goggins led me here and I gotta say hearing the story again about how he ran 101 miles in 18h from the other guy made me smile. What a legend Goggins!!! I listen to his audiobook while going on my long runs! Such an inspiration
David Goggins is one of the most amazing people EVER!!!!Such an inspiration to all…beyond words!!!!
Just finished this part of the book (3rd time) and he says he was off in another place during the interview. You can totally see it. If you have the book, read it multiple times because it is more amazing the 3rd time.
That's about a 13 minute mile for 135 miles. Yup that's pretty fast. Fun fact he came back and smoked that time and got 25 hours 50 minutes. That's a 11 1/2 minute mile for 135 miles. That's insane!
I’ve listened to the audiobook several times, and can never get enough of it. What a man!

Playing college level or above sports and had an extremely hard practice and when get home and your girl or parents try speaking to you, you just can't emote like you usually do, you just need to get away for a hot minute. Food, sleep and alone time is all you crave. I imagine this ×10 for what Goggins felt after this race.

Goosebumps Dammmm
His mind is in a completely different galaxy Most humans never tap that space
Paying his respects to Aikos repeatedly is pretty darn cool.
Much respect
I believe David learned how to persevere from the day he was born - this is as deep as the Earth's core.
This guy is madness in a great way possible.
A big humility on his face - strong man - god bless this man
I like how the music makes this all uplifting but in reality he was in the darkest place I'm his mind
Hes a beautiful n handsome tough guy lets go David 🎉

Tired, chilled out David is a nice for a change!

01:39 : David took his SOUL!!!!!!
He's a really life super hero
This man has lived a thousand lives
What's amazing is that as soon as the guy started running, he was already elite. Most people start with 5ks. Goggins started by running 100 miles in 19 hours.
Goggins is the man.
This is what impossible looks like.
You are a fucking phenom....your soul is so big and bright, God sent you here much like Jesus to let us mere mortals know what is possible...
