Omg, that location!!!🤩 What a spot to run rcs on. Everything from 1:10 to 1:5 can be run there. I would sell my soul to have access to such a spot...

I'm lucky for sure. It doesn't show up well on camera, but this buggy is BIG but the track makes it look small because of how big it is. The ruts are 2" deep.

This might be my favorite car I currently own. Harder to work on, but I don't have to work on it a lot. Slap some Badland 3.8s on it and suddenly it's a narrow Truggy. Fun car.

Just put a 16t pinion on mine, gonna take it out later and see what its like on 6s, stripped a hex on the front wheel, so got my sketer wheels on for now Oh yeah, excellent video bro.....as usual👍 Edit, quick rip up the road, 16t pinion is actually OK on 4s now, it was a bit slow IMO on 4s stock, might try a 17t

Last fall, i had to decide on the kagama or the asuga. Once i saw them both at the hobby shop, I knew one of them was going to be my first 1/8 rc. I decided on the kagama and i love it, but I am still finding myself drifting into the corally section so next car will be likely the asuga. Love team corally, cheers

I love it but it does have a few weak points I love to bash and sending them high asuga tends to bend the braces and the chassis I keep banging them straight but it’s awesome flyer ….the spark can take a beating but it’s shorter you know what I still like them all the Kagama is awesome….. there electronics suck a lot of wiring with those big capacitors better to take rollers

Just watched Kaos RC back to back run of the Asuga and Vorza Truggy. The HPI is low-slung for a truggy, and it looks like it might be the most comperable RC to the Asuga discounting of course the big tires and truck body. Put the same tires on both and perhaps they would have a similar driving characteristics.

I think the rtr is worth the price. I'm pretty sure you can't build it for that price unless you're going budget on electronics.

This or a TLR Typhon? I wish someone would build a big 5th scale sized 4wd buggy. I don't have a buggy and I've almost bought a TLR typhon a dozen times, then someone releases a new rig that I'd rather have. What I really want a 8s Kraton sized Typhon. Arrma has everything they need to build one except the body. That's actually the only reason i haven't built my own already. There just isn't a buggy body that I've found that would fit right. Giant buggy and 5th scale Mojave is all in missing.

I got a Typhon on sale, liked it so much I got the TLR and gave the original to my brother so we can race em. From all I've seen, Corally is on par or a little nicer, but part support just not as good for US folk. Also, Losi does make a 5th scale 4wd buggy, the DBXLE or something like that. Looks amazing, but the price tag is just as amazing.

  • @boduke9428

@@BeardRubEnjoyer I actually had a DBXLE. I bought it last Father's day sale. They had it marked down $200. It just wasn't what I want. I literally want a 5th scale Typhon. The losi isn't that, it's closer to the 5t or SBR 2.0. I bought the DBXLE and SBR 2.0 really close together thinking I was getting a big Typhon and big Mojave. I got neither. I was really disappointed. They're both really good but not what I wanted. I sold the DBXLE and still have the SBR 2.0. I really wish Losi would build a new electric 5b buggy. That's the style I'm after.
