Great overview there buddy , recently picked up the MT8 as in the UK there on sale for only £299 and come with the Kaiju arms etc it’s a no brainer and yes there are a few things need addressed but when you got them right there awesome trucks .

Very nice! Ours will get a nice cleaning soon + overhaul... many parts on there that are getting tired! abuse is the MT8's middle name!
Yeah the mt8 gets such an unfair representation online. It's my favorite I have. You got yours set up really nice. Always wondered how the mojave tires would work on it.

Loved the handling with those fitted. Another driving style for the MT8. Very versatile truck.

We've only had issues with tires leaving the truck and whatever we've hit and had to replace. Zero gear mesh movement and driveline is mega tough@@SnoriRC

@@owen8538 with this truck. From my experience. The truck overall is very tough. Our tweaks just made it more resilient. If that helps answer your question…

@@owen8538I’m not privy to that info. But all manufacturers seem to tweak them periodically. However, I think the truck is worth it. Just remember colder days will make all plastics more brittle. No matter the brand. And the items we used are cheap and only used as needed!
