    11:08 Hahaha! I feel his dad right there. All the beginner instructions talk about standing up and how to catch the wave but no one hardly talks about the most basic paddling part. It's tough for us beginners just to get that down. Thanks Nathan your teacher learning skills are the best!

    I"m your dads age and still remember (like yesterday) teaching my kids how to surf. Even pushing them into a wave so they could catch like you did...total role reversal but the stoke is clearly the same. Surfing is beautiful.
