Great video. Guys if you truly want to backflip find a mattress or martialart or gymnastic gym and jump up swing arms up tuck land keep doing it and you will be able to backflip in time. The novice surpasses the master

_Improved_ how to backflip 101: 1: lean back and arch your back. 2: jump up, with lots of force. 3: tuck your legs in with your chest. 4: plant your feet when your body is parallel with the ground. Don’t hurt your back trying to do this now.
