Hello, i think it will still hold value if u r measuring it for Collapsibilty index. It just changes collapsibility index(in spontaneous breathing patient) to distensibility index (non spontaneous breathing patient).
It's not clear from the video what % of IVC collapse is normal vs. pathologic. It appears that if the IVC collapse is significant (i.e. the walls comes together), then the patient is euvolemic? However, it would seem to me if the walls collapse more that would signal low volume? Or is that low volume doesn't "inflate' the vessels much to be begin with so the walls collapse less?

If IVC collapse is more than 50 percent then they are hypovolemic and fluid responsive but. U are showing as euvolemic

Do you really wear a suit, tie and stethoscope when doing an ultrasound?
With all the caveats, broad ranges of "normal", anatomic limitations, etc., etc. this does not seem to me to be especially useful in evaluating a patient's volume status.
