  I am a young physician and I thought I am among a group of minority who felt incompetent in physical examination. If a whole symposium was organized and attended by experienced middle-aged doctors, then this is evidently a typical issue.

In my opinion I feel touch and physical touch through laying of the hands, 🙌🏽 palpating and percussion is so much more valuable and tells us more and is more intimate and personal than technology.

  We’ll done! One little point, when you turn the transducer for transverse you turn it counterclockwise so the marker goes to the patient’s right. The standard is marker cephalad or to the patient’s right.
