I heartily agree. I love how you edited in precious little River when she arrived. Congrats to a proud mommy and daddy for her. She'll be one of the most educated kid of her age w two parents who are teachers. Kudos to all.

When your house is taken care of by only spending 68K, then accommodation is free after that. All after tax income is money that can be enjoyed.

It’s so sad about what happened with their first piece of land. I’m glad they are satisfied with their tiny house now!

Things happen for a reason. After having a tree demolish our home and neighbors being there within 2 minutes to help us, I have been much more appreciative of neighbors close by and less concerned about my need for privacy. With yall becoming parents, I really think it was a blessing in disguise that your initial place didn't work out. Wishing you all the best with your newest blessing, River.

You know how you can tell that tiny house living is great? It's the soft acoustic guitar music that always plays when you're walking up to one.

Definitely one of the most beautiful tiny homes I have ever seen. And the homeowners are such a lovely couple! Wishing them well with their baby daughter!

I love that huge orange tabby! I just adore fat cats lol. You can tell by how chill the cat and dog both are that they are very content and well taken care of. Love the house too. Haha

The way they embrace the beauty of their Tiny Spot is awesome, but they 100% deserve that privacy they want. 😤 These people want to do honest work in the world without struggling to make ends meet.

Wise young couple. I love the idea of tiny homes and it's 1,000 times better than having to live in an apartment, I would still find it hard not having my own land. Hopefully they can eventually move this to their own land and if they want, be able to add an addition or something like a garden shed/workshop. So good to be planning on only a 10 year mortgage. My husband and I feel blessed to find a foreclosure that lets us go mortgage free after the sale of our last home. After building 3 homes we wish we had done this much younger.

"Bringing her up minimal." Yes. More time outdoors. The right values. Realizing how all this baby "stuff" is pushed on us. Live you guys. Have a fabulous life, River! Congratulations on your baby and making the lifestyle change!

Actually you don't have too. I've seen some with lots of bookshelves for book collections or shelves for gaming stuff. Not to forget the closets for lots of clothes

That ginger cat is so humongously big. So gorgeous as well, got to be a Tom - luv him. When Rivers older, you can say he’s the fall cat instead of a traditional black Halloween one, because his coat compliments fall colours❤️. The dogs real cute too with those melting brown eyes: going to be a great family

Babies need love, nourishment and warmth. Baby rooms are more for the parents than the babies. (And to store all the unnecessary stuff). My daughter has a large bassinet (the one we kept her in as a baby) but ended up co-sleeping with their baby. They only need a few toys and will enjoy more playing outside making forts and running around. I loved your tiny house and dog Biscuit (perfect name for him!). Your philosophy of living with just what you need is great. I can only imagine the pain of not being able to stay on your land in your yurt. You bounced back and recovered really well. Maybe you can look toward buying land again and moving your tiny there one day, if you want to. But there is a lot to be said for living in a community with great neighbors. Great job. 💗🙏🏻✝️😀
