To be entirely honest, these clips need context if you haven't seen the show. I know your first impressions are confusion. It seems this compilation was intended to be viewed as a reminder of funny elements aimed at viewers of the show, and not aimed at the uninitiated. They cut either before or immediately after some of the parts that would've gotten the best reactions from new viewers.

Season one was pretty darn funny, the reason why he burps a lot is because he drinks a lot, I mean a lot like every 5 minutes in every episode you will see him drink

Lol I love your reactions, Rick and Morty is an acquired taste, but if you don't watch the entire episode you will forever be confused and lost. Love it or hate it gotta watch in its entirety.

You should definitely watch the full series. I highly recommend it. It's really difficult to understand what's going on when you haven't watched the show.

Rick is basically a alcoholic genius who takes his innocent and naive grandson Morty on wacky space adventures. Sometimes he takes the granddaughter and her mom/dad.

Of all the little innocent things they get wrong, this one was rough haha! Of course, not knowing exactly when the show was made, or when Irwin died, or, presumably, who John Oliver is, makes it understandable I guess haha

Alot of reactors are mistakenly watching the clips without understanding the overall context of the show first.. You will love it if you give it a shot from ep. 1! Love you guys.

Love Rick and Morty but skipping straight to “best of” videos of this show is a mistake. You need to watch the show so you know the characters and context.

Rick is the Grandpa and he's always drunk, or high, depending on the crystals Jeezy Pete's @Teacher and Coach catch up kid's. Ketchup !!! :-P

The reason why Rick drools and burps a lot is because even though he is a super smart scientist, Rick is also drunk a lot, like Rick is drunk 75 % of the time

Rick & Morty is so much about the story that a lot of the jokes don't work without knowing the context.

I like the ep where all of humanity gets eradicated (because of Morty), then Rick transports them to a universe where they both just died. Morty then gets to bury himself in the yard. And it is referenced in future episodes! When Morty feels anxious, he glances into the backyard…

LOVE IT! Great show to react to, but i hope complilations makes sense, some jokes have backstory. EDIT: Yeah a lot of these clips need an explaination. This is a pretty bad way to lay out the clips unfortunately :( EDIT 2: The more i watch the more i realise this compilation is meant for people who have already seen the show. As an introduction its horrible, nothing makes any sense without context

I don't usually comment but I love Rick and morty, please comment on episodes. It's a cerebral plot that you can't get without context. It helps with the humor. I've whatched every episode multiple times as well as fam guy American dad and South park but I love your reactions. Keep up the great work. 🥰

every scene was taken out of context, you should watch it, it's an amazing show.

Rick and Morty was done by Dan Harmon, who did Community. It is hilarious, super weird, and incredibly intelligent all mixed with quite a bit of shock-type humor. You should start at the beginning and watch episodes, they are 20ish minutes long each. If you pay attention, the episodes actually do build a world, as stuff that happens in episodes is referenced in later episodes. There are several running gags, and at some points the show creators get really annoyed with the fanbase and decide to mess with them. My favorite running gag, just as information sake, is that there is a box in the garage labeled Time Travel Stuff. It is on the shelf, and stays there. They put it on the shelf because Dan Harmon thinks its a completely overdone trope and said early on that he wasnt going to do it. The show has won 2 primetime emmys, one for the Pickle Rick Episode, and one for the Vat of Acid episode. In between the burps, farts, and absolutely terrible things that are said and done, the show tackles family dynamics, depression, mental health, alcoholism, and so much more. There were several episodes that actually made me tear up a bit... and the characters exhibit actual growth and development, which is rare for TV nowadays, let alone a cartoon.

try watching at least until the 6th episode to decide if you wanna watch it or not. It starts not that interesting if yout're not used to the type of humor they do, but as the show goes on, they do a pretty good job on making clever humor mixing interesting concepts and working on the characters evolution. Or try the best moments of season 2 to check it out about being interested on watching it, but the 'best moments cuts' are mostly out of context for the joke to land. Watching like this is way too random, hehe

It’s hard to get a accurate portrayal of rick and morty without watching the actual episodes

Rick & Morty is highly ranked. It has a 9.2 on IMDB, while south park and family guy have an 8.7 and 8.1. Give it a chance, it's worth it.

It really is an awesome show. The writing is brilliant. Y'all should a reaction to the show. A lot of channels have done it without copyright issues

I would definitely recommend you watch a full episode! Those clips are awesome, but they won't make sense on their own, so watch an episode and it will make plenty of sense.

These were just random clips with no real context. You really need to watch a full episode for better understanding. It may be crazy but it is also brilliantly written. It will make you think about things that you never thought about before. ✌❤🌹

I will have reviewed each episode 5 times. if you have time, look at it because it is beautiful
