Me and my friends would play networked matches in the school computer lab once we got our assignments done for the day since our teacher was one of those cool guys who happened to know the password for the Deep Freeze software preinstalled on school computers and “accidentally” left it written on a memo pad while he knowingly told us he was going down the hall to use the john and to “use our best judgment” when it came to behaving ourselves in the meantime. 😏

It’s such baby shit that I’m almost offended that ppl think that shit is actually important enough to push back on , but actual sa crisis cases eventually fade out. Also teabagging is fun, it’s not real lmao. These ppl need to get a grip and stop trying to piggy back off the actual pain and suffering I and others have had to experience because some 12 year old got too cocky in a pvp lobby. And honestly,if you’re sensitive to that kinda content anyway, you shouldn’t be playing games with that content in it at all in the first place. It is not the world or the game’s job to baby you. There is media I don’t consume for that reason, it’s literally that simple. Sorry for the long text ( kinda not really though, I think it needed to be said. The only way ppl who decry shit like this even begin to listen is if someone who actually has experience in the thing they’re lobbying against knocks them off of their phony carousel horse)

At BEST, teabagging in a video game could be construed as some manner of online harassment, since assault requires PHYSICAL contact with someone. But... do you really want to explain to a judge what Halo, teabagging, crouching, and analog sticks are? And why someone thinks this is something that needs to be dragged into a court? And the judge is probably a 75-year-old dinosaur who can't tell the difference between a keyboard and a desk fan? :B Also, how the hell would that work? Are video game abuse reports going to become legal documents? Are people going to have to explain why "XxxXxJohnny117xXxxX" and "XXxJohn117xXX" are not the same person in a Slayer match?

Not quite true assault, at least in American courts, is generally described as something that threatens someone with imminent harm or unwanted contact. Battery is basically just assault but you actually go through with it. So assault is taking a swing at someone and battery is taking a swing at someone and actually hitting them. Doesn’t really matter in the end though because your point is just as correct, this shit is wack.

Keep up the great work. And talk about Amazon and Healthcare next ep. As for your political self description, it is from a good place in the heart and a reasonable place in the brain to hope and want for the systems and social conditions you asserted, but classically it is in the implementation and provision of these ideas into the world where the failure exists. Unintended consequences, familial and corporate corruption all prevent good ideas from becoming reality. So I agree with your assertions, but question the ability of anyone to correctly proportion out power like that wholesomely. 👍🏼

As someone who was assaulted as a kid I find it pretty stupid how people are calling blatant censorship of fiction 'progressive' and comparing video game crouching to assault now. The stretches people just leap to is pretty facinating on the internet. Also as a trans man I really sincerely appreciated the part of the video where he said even though he doesn't understand gender dysphoria as long as people aren't hurting anyone, who cares. Self awareness and honesty like that takes alot of guts. Thank you for not caring, that's what actual tolerance looks like fr. 👏👏🧡
