Oh, thank you, that would be awesome. I don't think I've any kind of specific request; obviously something economically priced, but if there's something that might not be as common in the West, this could be most interesting.

That was really interesting. I have a few different teas on hand, including some Pu-erh (not the crazy expensive, trade in your car to buy it stuff) and Budda's Hand teas. I also have some proper tools, teapots, and cups (gaiwan). I like coffee, too. Favorite is Jamaica Blue Mountain. But I do NOT like Starbucks trash or all that nonsense people put in coffee. Just drink the "nonsense" and forget the coffee. Ever had Starbucks coffee black with maybe one sugar? Bloody awful. I expect that's why people have to put all that garbage in it. That and to be "fashionable."

Grady, indeed we are exactly on the same page on Starbucks. It was fine 20 years ago but nowadays I don't know. Very interesting You have great knowledge on Chinese tea better knowledge than mine for sure. I'll be more than happy to send you some nice tea my friend Just let me know !

@@chef-eyewokswithyou.2273 I watched the video again and I see what you mean about it being like Starbucks. All the different blends with flavorings. I'm really more traditional (or maybe just boring). I like the tea to be the star. With coffee I will use one teaspoon of demerara sugar. With tea - nothing. I used to drink tea in my classroom. Had a little hotpot to boil water and a special cup with a strainer. I'd make it right there. It was funny to see the reactions of the kids. "Mr. Gillis, what do you put in your tea?" "Tea." "No, like cream and sugar and stuff?" "Just tea. Don't want to spoil it." "Ick." Thank you so much for the offer to send me some tea. That all looks quite $$$$$. But if you would like to send something, there is a small bag at about the 0:48 mark that is interesting. 碎银子 Suì yínzi tea (I had to research it) is supposed to be a type of pu-erh tea. That sounds interesting. But it is almost $21 😮
