@@prabhsimrankauruppal8490 After 4 or 5 days I got the mail for shortlisting. After 2 weeks of that mail my interview was scheduled.

Instead of divide by 12 just divide by 14 everyone can get their exact salary 😁

You will get offer letter direct on your mail . Don't worry. It takes time but they will give you offer letter. I got after 1 month from hr round . So don't worry.

When u join as fresher in TCS term as ur S band employee from ur date of joining to 1 year of DOJ it's 1 year u will trainee candidate postion and after 1 year automatically ur band will change to B1 band employee so after one year only u takes as permanent employee.

Now I share salary package details .for BPM (Non IT) basic salary will be 13000 P.M,for IT it's purely for IT department will be 16,000 P.M then if your working in N8 shift between 11 clk i think so to 6.30 am u will received ni shift allowance it's come to per month is 3k to 4k according to process you Work. After 1 year completed u basic pay will add on between 2000 to 3000.
