See in TCS bouquet of benefit is kind of fixed amount (approx). But in some companies, there can be some variable added to it. If there is any extra benefit/perk/reimbursement/performance related pay mentioned in that bouquet of benefit, then it can be treated as variable pay. But if there is nothing like this, then yea, bouquet+basic = Inhand salary

Apne to frse copy paste kr diya? BoB depends on Company's salary structure, we can't manually change that thing. It varies from company to company, but we can't change it. . If you don't have personal allowance in your salary structure, then this component may not be followed in your company. It's part must have been shared to some other component in salary structure. . As per my knowledge, you yourself can't change this, so there will not be any consequences for it. . . If you get your answer, then it's good. If not, please elaborate your questions more. Thanks

I gt yur point. No in big companies like TCS or any other, one part will be yours and another will b employer's. Employer's part is not included in your ctc. But in some companies, mostly startup or small company, they will include both parts in your CTC.

You should get your performance pay, if you are working in a project. If you are a fresher then First Ask your manager, then your respective HR for this. If you are an experienced, then directly connect with your HR.

25100 is not in hand salary, that is gross monthly salary you calculated. From that PF, income tax if any, HIS will be deducted. The remaining will be in hand salary.

Y it's like that we have separate tabs for pf, gratuity under annual components. Y they are deducting it from fixed components?

En sabke uper income tax..more you earn higher you pay. For taxable income above 10 lakh you have to pay 31.2% in income tax...means out of 10lakh 3.12 lakh goes to income tax and approx 1.2 lakh goes to EPF In hand left 5.68 lakh out of 10 lakh 🤣🤣

TCS salary very low not ok Soft ware engineers must have atleast 12 lacs package But they have 3 lacs or 4 lacs package Shame for company

3.36 LPA? There is no income tax deduction. But about 5LPA, it will deduct as per the income tax rates.

Please use proper mike.

You have computed the GROSS in hand salary. Now deduct the monthly income tax. Only after that you will get the in hand salary.

Yea, Right!!!!. In the video I explained salary below 5LPA, so there is no deduction like that. But above 5LPA, there will be income tax deduction depending upon in which range your salary lies
