CM internally refers to the break between the boss stage and level up. It was probably something to do with “Let’s Pose,” but it wasn’t shown what happens after the boss stage

(4:52) Fronk's microgames in Gold lasted 4 beats instead of the usual 8, maybe a stage that does something similar was planned for Smooth Moves but never made?

(1:41) If I had to guess, it might have been the poses that appear after each boss, or to test the splashes that appear to show how to hold the remote. Also, fun fact I found randomly: Bungii (the one where you drop the remote) is actually meant to untangle the strap on the remote. It always appears after BYOM or All Wound Up (which require you to rotate the remote) but can appear on its own.

0:36 WarioWare Touched's debug menu also allowed players to play microgames slower than the normal 120bpm (as low as 60). To my knowledge, the only WarioWare game where playing a microgames slowly is used is in D.I.Y.; To my recollection, its game-making tool allows users to play their microgames at fixed speeds of either "Slow" (60), "Normal" (120), and "Fast" (180). Funny enough, D.I.Y. plays the microgames' music at Slow speed 3 semitones lower, just like in Touched.
