Unlike most regional differences, the ones here make the MOST sense here lmao. I hear the producers even turned down some microgame ideas because they were 'too japanese for anyone else to understand.' If you know your regions and alter the game based on them, you're already great.

The NES Zapper needs to be used for one of R.O.B's attacks in the next Smash Bros.

It's not underrated, just not as talked about anymore (but its a 14 year old game what do you expect)

On the subject of the Punch-Out!! screenshot being from an emulated version: Yeah, they do that. Nintendo owns the rights to the ROMs. They use an emulator to run Virtual Console games on the Wii. They used an emulator to run the Zelda games on the GameCube special edition disc. Their problem isn't with emulation, it's the illegal distribution of their intellectual property, which they make no money off of.

@@objectionable6693 Admittedly it seems a little funny that they did that instead of just tapping into their own asset library. Or getting a screen cap from their own Virtual Console version.

The handholding dance is probably the game known as 'kagome kagome' where a person gets chosen to sit in the middle of all the other people which try to scare them, in the end if they get scared they go for another round until the person doesn't get scared, which then another person gets chosen. But the picture kinda resembles Ring Around the Rosie

South Korea has some weird rule about anything that's overly Japanese being banned there due to still being butthurt about being ruled by them decades ago. This has lead to stuff like entire episodes of Pokemon being banned, South Korea skipping over ninja and samurai themed seasons of Super Sentai, and Raidou being removed from the upcoming HD version of SMTIII: Nocturne in South Korea

At the very least Nintendo should do: "Warioware: Greatest Hits" or "The best of Warioware". It could be a compilation of the best Warioware minigames all in HD and in 1 game.

Lol, WarioWare Gold was only released two years ago (Yesterday for me personally). but yeah that's kinda true, because 'technically' Gold isn't a new WarioWare games, the last new games being: D.I.Y on the DS, released almost 1 decade ago, and even this one wasn't a "real" new WarioWare games with only mini games (mostly) in it.

In the Japanese version the form boton is called the Wii Remote also the Japanese version of Smooth Moves and Twisted say "Speed Up" instead of "Faster"

I know some context for some of these, TENNIS: Probably used for a MICROGAME not for the SNES microgame Dummy Mii: probably used for guest miis. F and B: B, while not being used, F is used in Japan for All Mixed Up. Nunchuck: There was a form called The Diner, was probably gonna be used, but had to connect the nunchuck, and disconnect it and reconnect it. Thats all the context i have, but if i know anymore, i will edit it.

we need a wario ware on switch, i'd even be satisfied if they just ported this one. the motion controls would fit and we could use the joy con like a wiimote except now we have to controllers

2:23 I don't believe it has been confirmed but ROB's Japanese equivalent of the revolver is supposed to represent the Battery Operated Shooting Cowboy from the 70's, back when Nintendo used to make toys before going full on into gaming production. There is a 9-Volt microgame in WarioWare inc.: Mega Game$ for the GBA that showcases this toy in action.
