We talk about how head coaches can simply gain the basic knowledge needed to not be purposefully ignorant. We talk about goalie friendly practice design, how to properly announce the starter, how to enforce proper warm up mechanics for the team and simply how to win more games. This will likely be the most important video I have done to help make a goalie’s development and journey in hockey more productive.
