He's notorious for this. There are reports going all the way back to when the website bleacher report first started of H.S. recruits saying he was "fake" "a bully" "two-faced" etc. he escaped Florida as the sanctions were coming, look at how many things happened to his players there (Aaron Hernandez, for one, lol), and then OSU was the same, recruits claimed he was "two-faced" from the beginning, "inner circle of trust" type stuff, some players being untouchable, "didn't come here to PLAY school", etc. The media always reported bits and pieces, but they would lose insider/press privileges if they report too much. You know he got away with a lot of it, because look at how many people, the second he's fired, there's a flood of stories, etc. He's a narcissist, plain and simple. His wrap-sheet is as longer than any professional coach, show me someone worse. He was fired after the "kicking" report came, because it can help the lawyers fully void his conduct as it is gross misconduct, unsafe, harrassment, violence, etc.

All you need to do is look at the Kareem Hunt video versus the video of Ray Rice. It's not a defense of the decision to "kick" the kicker in the first place but how that went down and the severity of the force behind said kick is very important information to know.

Dude hired a known slime ball and there was a 100% chance he was going to completely embarrass your franchise with his ego and personal shenanigans. Anybody with more than 2 brain cells knew this hire would be a total disaster and would not end well.
