One of her country songs I love is Better Man. Her doing it live at the bluebird cafe is awesome because the people there didn’t know she would be there. It’s a small venue that they have songwriters come in and play songs they wrote. Originally Taylor let Little Big Town record the song but she released it as a vault track.

Definitely check out her Red TV vault tracks, Mr. Perfectly Fine from Fearless TV, Mine TV, Mean TV… her country albums are incredible especially with the storytelling. And the fact that she made them when she was just a teenager is INCREDIBLE.

Yee Haw Taylor is awesome! This song is a total vibe. Keep in mind that her voice wasn't nearly as strong on her first couple of albums as it is now, so listen to later recordings of those songs when you can. Her lyrics have always been fire though. Start with her song Tim McGraw (yes, as in the singer Tim McGraw) - that was her breakout hit that put her on the map.

Taylor was born in Pennsylvania but move to Tennessee with her parents when she was 14 to pursue her dream in country music. She signed to the Sony music label at the age of 15 (she's now 34). Her music has evolved over the years covering several different genre's (including pop.) She truly has natural talent.

I am not sure if you already knew this, but Nicki made an award speech once thanking Taylor Swift for her massive success because Taylor had tweeted out about her obsession with Super Bass, causing all of the swifties to start streaming like crazy. Everyone is hoping for a collab someday because they are both queens.

I laughed when Taylor took a chunk out of the cake, and the little girl hightails it out of there like- whoa, I can’t be apart of this! lol!
