Yahan to 5% deposit pe bank loan de deta hai. He doesn't own wholesome of 40 Crores (may be 5-10% only). Anyone having an average double storey house in Sydney is above a Million Dollars. Anyways, he lives in own house, MashaAllah for that and construction quality is appealing!
