Most Indian IT guys (98%) are average in technical skills. They can do Production Support and small enhancements to systems. IT guys who are technically very strong and can design apps can make good money.

He is Telling a lie. It's impossible to earn 80k in a month with three franchises in Germany. I check with the local income tax office. he is paying only Income tax on a 7k monthly

Harish Gupta has become successful because he is determined and independent. People who do not have these 2 qualities never succeed in life. In this day and age when you can find pretty much all information online people are still asking KZreadrs to help them with school admissions and jobs. Excellent video... great story of Harish Gupta ji and weldone Shilpa ji. I really resonate about that food and sleep point. One should not be too picky about food and one should be able to behave a bit flexibly about sleep. To achieve something BIG we must compromise at times. I have done similar things in life and it really works.

Hats off to Hareeshji, when I heard Army background , I knew most defence kids do well, they adjust very well, they all can speak good English, I m a defence wife and was a teacher in defence school , I m a proud defence wife. Our children , because of frequent transfers to different states, all over India adapt themselves very quickly, can relish everybodys food, except every person no matter what religion. Instead of getting influenced by those video title as "why should not visit Germany" or "why peoples are leaving Germany". Lovely Interview of Mr Gupta, he seems to be such a down to earth man, i definitely loved what he said your workplace is your worship place, he is so right about it, that bend of mind not everyone can have but whosoever has is blessed. Thanks to you both for making such a nice informative video. I have to comment this since it seems like a blurred line which honestly does not match with what he says.He mentions we have to give up on food and sleep which I feel is very unhealthy and unsustainable. He himself says that he questioned how long he could do this and put his effort creating his own business. He gave 100 percent to the job but in the end didn't go with it. He by the time was RGM had enough resources to create his own business. And its honestly depends on the person when they want to stop. He now has enough means to sustain himself for the life time but he decided to choose it. He has decided to loose sleep even now. Decide what you want , and enjoy life , we only live once after all.
