Dubbed, for sure. It's Alain Dorval who did this, in France, he's an official voice of Sylvester. In Russia he did some memorable voiceover for one of the first FM stations appeared in the nineties: M-Radio)

It's French for one. Taxi is about a policeman and a taxi driver joining together in crazy adventures against high level criminals. Mostly comedy/action. Taxi 3 is where they fight Santa Claus robbers. But if you want to start from the start find Taxi, with a Peugeot on the cover. Not the American taxi, that one is genuinely terrible.
