INGREDIENTS:
For Dough:
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1 1.5 cup
* All-purpose flour (मैदा)- 1/4 cup
* Sugar powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Salt (नमक) - 1/2 tsp
* Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - less than 1/2 tsp
* Ghee (घी) - 3-4 spoons
* Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) - 1 lemon
* Water (पानी) - as required
For Filling:
* Potato (आलू) - 2 boiled, grated
* Green Chili ( हरी मिर्च)
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Mint leaves (पुदीना पत्ती)
* Coriander seeds (सूखा साबुत धनिया)
* Dried pomegranate seeds (अनारदाना)
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
* Turmeric powder ( हल्दी पाउडर)
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Garam masala (गरम मसाला)
* Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर)
* Cottage cheese (पनीर)
RECIPE:
In a bowl, put Wheat Flour, All Purpose Flour, Powdered Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder, some Ghee and mix them all. Take some Lemon Juice, add some Water in it and bind the soft dough with it. Apply some Ghee on the dough and make it smooth and keep the dough aside for 15-20 mins.
For Filling, Take a bowl, put some boiled and grated Potatoes, chopped Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, crushed Coriander Seeds, crushed and dried Pomegranate Seeds, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Garam Masala Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Mango Powder and some grated Cottage Cheese in it and mix them all. Then make the balls of the filling.
Dust some All Purpose Flour on the Kitchen Platform and knead the dough. Roll the dough and apply some Ghee on it, dust some All Purpose Flour and fold it. Cut the rolled dough in pieces and take a piece, spread it with fingers. Put a filling ball and cover it. Dust some All Purpose Flour and spread it with fingers.
In the same way, make ready all the Naans and cook the Naan on Tawa and then cook it directly on the flame. Apply some Ghee and Red Chili Powder and the very Tasty and Healthy Stuffed Chur Chur Naan will get ready so easily at home.
