Bhai butter se bhi kulcha ki layering ho jati hai....ye log paise bchane k liye ghatiya...ghee..use kr rhe hain...mae asr me boht se kulcha walon ko janta hun..jo butter ki layering krte hain..

Haldirams and other sweet shops give very tempting green chilli with chole bhature. They aren’t fried. Some shops also sell them in a packet for 30-20rs. Please get hold of some sweet shop that can show how to make those green chillies.

Kulche Made in home kitchen while maintaining such a higher standard of Hygiene for Rs139/- for 2 in Delhi & NCR is unbelievable. Aunty at least Rs179/- kar lo aap.
