There is such a thing as a tattoo trend in every decade. 90s was barbed wire, bad boy, tribal and taz tattoos. Tattoos are not supposed to follow trends, they're supposed to be timeless. That's why when you see a realism, japanese or traditional tattoos you wouldn't be able to tell when they got it aside from the aging on the skin.

I don't have any tats, but if I was ever in Guy Aitchison's shop, I'd be really tempted. Seen a couple of videos he's in, and it's clear that he is a craftsman, that he really thinks about the art he practices.

I didn't know that, but i feel the girl with the hat definitely gave the most appropriate answer. If they all knew that information, i think only her and the guy with long hair and overalls wouldve said positive things, the rest have a superiority complex to them

It´s fucking weird that they are knowledgeable about tattoos but they still think they can criticize the fuck out of peoples tattoos without even bothering to find out what they mean. They were shitting on Robs stars and they didn´t even fucking know that it´s the stars of his country. For fucks sake. What kind of fucking tattoo artist sees a tattoo that he has no clue why that person has that tattoo, and they start shitting on it without even trying to think what it might mean. Guy Aitchison is so soft spoken and what he says has depth.

I'm not sure who the artist is in the grey jumpsuit with the water bottle, but his critiques seemed to be the most thoughtful. I especially liked what he said about the back tattoos on an MMA fighter needing to be clear enough to be seen from a distance.

They talk like tattoos aren't pretty much permanent "it looks like it's from the 90s" well she got it in the 90s🤔

That's like saying that if you liked a band 20 years ago that you don't like now, you're a hypocrite. They didn't come off as hateful to me. Liking a band then not enjoying them much anymore doesn't make you a hypocrite by any means, I genuinely have no idea were you got that from. Agree with the off the cuff comments, still a wtf moment all things considered. Being a hypocrite in the sense of bands would be... Say "I don't like this band because they are prog rock, that's the only reason I don't like them." While also talking about your love for Tool, another prog rock band. That is hypocrisy.
